Refund policy

The products sold are handmade items. We do not accept exchanges or refunds for these items. However, if a manufacturing defect has escaped our notice, you may return the product. We will take it back and replace it with an identical item that we will make again. You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us of any non-conformity of the product.
