Shipping policy

For international deliveries, please contact us by email at manonfellows@gmail.com

All orders are shipped via Canada Post and generally arrive within 2 to 4 business days after shipment.

International orders are also shipped via Canada Post with international tracking. Overseas shipments usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, but depending on the country, delivery may sometimes take up to 3 or 4 weeks.

If your country is not listed among the available destinations, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can provide you with a shipping rate.

We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. In the event of damage during transit, a justified claim must be submitted to the carrier within three days of delivery.
